Support and Facilities for All

Our mission at the South Taranaki RSA goes beyond social connection—we’re deeply committed to supporting those in need. Our welfare services include financial assistance, home and hospital visits, and practical support, ensuring that veterans and community members receive the help they deserve. For more information on eligibility, our Welfare Advisor, Allan Reynish, is available to assist. Additionally, we offer a courtesy van service on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 4 pm (contact 027 231 5288), making it easy for members to join us at our Hāwera location.

Our club is a place where everyone can find something to enjoy. With a hall and function room for hire, complete with a commercial kitchen, we cater to a range of events, from private celebrations to community functions. Sports sections, a pool table, and other amenities keep our members entertained, while the Women’s Division, led by Judy Reynish (contact 027 5541 357), meets monthly on the second Wednesday at 6 pm, inviting new members to join. These offerings make our RSA a dynamic part of life in Taranaki, where connection and care go hand in hand.
