The Rotorua Camera Club Story

Established in 1950, the Rotorua Camera Club is known for supporting photographers through a steady programme of monthly competitions, special events, field trips, meet ups and workshops. The club is open to all ages and stages, creating a welcoming space where members can develop their photography skills and share their passion. Financial members gain access to the full range of activities designed to encourage regular participation and creative development in a supportive environment.

Getting to Rotorua Camera Club

The Rotorua Camera Club meets at the Rotorua Deerstalkers Association in Neil Hunt Park on Tarawera Road, Lynmore, Rotorua. This central Bay of Plenty location serves as a convenient gathering place for local photographers. Meetings take place on the first Wednesday of each month (except January) at 7pm, making it straightforward for interested people to attend and see what the club offers.
