The Franklin NZART Branch Story

The NZART Franklin Branch welcomes amateur radio enthusiasts from across the Pukekohe area and greater Auckland region. As Branch 10 of the New Zealand Association of Radio Transmitters, it provides a friendly environment where people interested in radio communication can meet, learn and participate in regular activities. The branch supports operators at all levels through its structured programme of nets and meetings, making it suitable for everyone from newcomers to long-standing licence holders.

Finding Franklin NZART Branch

Based in Pukekohe, Auckland, the branch holds its general meetings at the clubhouse on the third Tuesday of each month at 19:30. Committee meetings occur on the first Tuesday of the month (except January) at the same time. Members and visitors can also join the Sunday nets on 3700 kHz at 09:00 and Bombay 690 at 09:30, along with the Wednesday DMR net on TG 5301 at 19:30. The club callsign trustee is ZL1TZP.

Joining Franklin NZART Branch
